Fiberglass Public Art

All around the country, and the world even, there are exhibits of public art. They are usually a standard shape and size and decorated by businesses and organizations, usually in a manner featuring their shtick. It began in 1998 in Zurich, Switzerland and brought to America for the "Cow Parade" in Chicago.

These are some of the specimens I have come across in my travels:
Gettysburg painted horse
Horse in Gettysburg 2003
Classic Black Catfish
Catfish out of Water, Classic Black, in Nashville 2003
Roy Orbison Guitar
Guitars in Nashville 2005
Painted horse, Louisville
Horse in Louisville 2011
(actually I'm not sure if this is part of a theme, or just a random painted horse in a town known for it's ponies!)
